Paul Frampton is…. a longtime martial artist, having honed his craft for over 40 years, and has previously run two successful schools in Granite Bay and El Dorado Hills. Master Frampton is a Grand Master in Kenpo Karate and is a 5th-degree black belt in Jujitsu. Master Frampton is highly skilled in the use and application of a variety of weapons as well as exercise equipment.
Master Frampton has used his skill set to design and teach programs for a myriad of individuals, ranging from high-level law enforcement to special needs children. Having previously developed the ATK program (Adaptive Therapeutic Karate) vendored through Alta regional center, while concurrently training FBI Agents and U.S Marshalls, Master Frampton is equipped and eager to teach all comers, tailored to their personal goals.

Alta focuses on providing children and teens with opportunities for skill development, mentorship, and community engagement. Recognizing the challenges that young individuals face is the first step in offering meaningful support.
Master Frampton has worked with many individuals that receive services from Alta Regional Center. Master Frampton helps guiding individuals by fostering open communication, setting realistic expectations, teaching time management, emphasizing self-care, encouraging skill development, building community, and collaborating with staff while helping them navigate their responsibilities successfully. With the right support, kids can thrive, gaining valuable experiences that will serve them well into adulthood.
